At Puttory, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. Please review the following shipping information to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Weekends and holidays are not included in processing and will be added to the delivery timeline.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently do not ship to all countries, but below are the countries we can deliver to and the estimated delivery times:

Tracking: All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is offered for all orders.
Expedited shipping: Currently unavailable.
Other Information
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@puttory.com. After verification, we will either reship your order or issue a refund.
Holiday / Peak Season Delays: Shipping times may be affected during holidays or peak seasons.
Order Status:Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to view your order status. You can also view your order status in your account page. Note: If tracking information does not appear immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan at the destination.
Incorrect Shipping Address:Please contact us immediately to update your address before your order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). All delivery times are estimated. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, incorrect customer information, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
